These Terms govern your use of NoteTape AI (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
- No financial advice. The Service provides analytical output and summaries for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
- Data accuracy. Output depends on the data you upload. You are responsible for validating results before acting on them.
- Payments. Unlock purchases are one-time, per-tape, based on the file fingerprint. Prices may change over time.
- Refunds. All purchases are final once a tape is unlocked. Because the Service provides immediate digital analysis and downloadable outputs, we do not offer refunds after an unlock has been completed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your unlocked analysis, contact support and we will resolve it promptly.
- Acceptable use. Do not upload unlawful content or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time.
- Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
