This Privacy Policy explains how NoteTape AI handles data you provide while using the Service.

• Uploaded files. We process uploaded tapes to generate analysis. We may store derived metadata (like a file fingerprint) to support unlock persistence.
• Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.
• AI processing. We may send limited note data to an AI provider to generate explanations and summaries.
• Retention. We retain only what is needed to operate the Service and meet legal/operational requirements. We do not store your full uploaded file contents on our servers beyond what is necessary to process your request.
• Email delivery. If you choose to email your analysis, we collect your email address only for delivery and support purposes. We do not sell or share emails.
